AF2MacPAF v 1.0

This utility which I call AF2MacPAF will take a
GEDCOM that was created by the LDS "Ancestral File"
program and "clean" it up by translating the little
inconsistencies where Mac PAF and AF disagree on what
a GEDCOM file ought to look like.
