Shareware $5. It dates 1990, but works very fine with System 7. Handles both Encoding/Decoding BinHex, plus, 'Join&Decode' and 'Segment' features. By setting the 'I/O buffer size' to the maximum, it operates VERY quickly. Works twice/threetimes faster than StuffIt's translator!
