Subject: Cipher 1.0 

Cipher is a Hypercard stack that will encode and decode secret messages
using simple substitution or Vigenere crytosystems.  It uses English
language statistics to assist in cracking messages when the key or alphabet
used to encode it is unknown.  Examples are provided and a explanatory help
file is included in the stack.  Cipher is handy for people who want to
exchange secret messages or for people who want to learn more about
cryptosystems.
