Downer.sit.hqx sould go in the /info-mac/util directory.

Downer is a useful utillity that will automatticly turn off your computer
after a set number of idle seconds. Downer alows you to use "dont shutdown
points" Where if the mouse is in that location the computer will not shutdown.
