Subject: FC Settings Updater 2.0

For Firstclass BBS Admins who want to customize their BBS but don't
want their users to have to continually re-enter their information when
they replace settings files. FirstClass Settings Updater is
admin-configurable and will update/customize FC Settings file without loss
of user information.
