But surprise, surprise, like everything else 'round here they're tough to find. Here's some guidance on what's out there and what's good. Some are pointers to other net resources, some address broader issues of the net. Some are free, some cost $$$. Be warned that some of these are startups, which often fail to live up to their promise and publication schedule. NO EXCUSES: Yeah, we know it's been months since this was updated. One of us is a sloth (we're not saying which one). But we've come up with a whole mess of new pubs that you might find interesting. The bad news is that there's a lot of redundancy out there, with a lot of the new pubs imitating existing stuff, or at least plowing the same earth. But there's still plenty of quality out there. We've also added a list of print mags focusing on the net that offer some material online. FEEDBACK Y'ALL: Let us know about any other good e-journals or newsletters discussing the Internet, paid or free. And please send us info about anything that dies so we can up date.
